COLLABORATION IN BASIC SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING (COBASE)

Valery V. Dunina of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia, visited Irina Smoliakova for two-weeks in May 1999. The purpose of the visit was to prepare a joint research proposal to NSF. This team was successful in their goal and have prepared a draft of the proposal, "Chiral Cyclopalladated Complexes as Stereroselectors of New Generation," to be sent to NSF in the near future.
