Peter Weibel is an artist, curator, and theoretician. He is Chairman and CEO of the Center for Art and Technology in Karlsruhe, Germany. In his artwork, he utilizes a variety of media and techniques including computers, video, film, and performance art to investigate the relationship between the media and constructions of reality. He has taught at numerous universities, including The University of Applied Art in Vienna, the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in Halifax, and the Center for Media Studies at the State University of New York, Buffalo.
