Richard Golaszewski received his MPA from the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in accounting from La Salle College. He is currently Executive Vice President of GRA, Incorporated (formerly Gellman Research Associates) where he specializes in aviation economics, public policy and safety. He has conducted studies of airports, airlines, aircraft manufacturing and aviation infrastructure. He has also directed major studies of the appropriate role of the government in civil aeronautics research; international competition in civil aircraft manufacturing; and in reorganization of air traffic control. Mr. Golaszewski has served as a lecturer at the Wharton School and La Salle College. He is a member of the Economics and Forecasting Committee of the Transportation Research Board and the Economics and Public Policy Technical committees of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Currently, he is the past President of the Transportation Research Forum. Mr. Golaszewski is a former U.S. Army Officer and helicopter pilot, and served in Vietnam in 1968-1969 and 1971-1972.
