Study on Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis for Defense Transformation
The goal of this study, sponsored by the Defense Modeling and Simulation Office, is to make recommendations to address future needs and caveats of Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M,S,&A) to assist defense decision makers across domains. Particular aims include
- Evaluate current capabilities and methods for M,S,&A
- Recommend approaches for framing existing and future M,S,&A products to decision makers, giving them the appropriate context and caveats
- identify high leverage opportunities for M&S research
- Identify potential organizational and human resource development issues related to themes above.
