Lloyd Hardin is a Managing Director of Fitch Risk. He leads the OpVantage division, which focuses on providing operational risk management software, data and advisory services to the financial services industry. Lloyd has managed numerous consulting assignments that designed and implemented operational risk quantification programs for major North American, European and Asian financial institutions. Projects included operational risk awareness training, management framework development, self-assessment programs, loss data collection strategies, VaR modeling and management reporting initiatives.
