Melissa Glynn, Ph.D. has delivered risk management services to clients in the private and public sector and has most recently published on Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act compliance.   Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Melissa served as the Associate Director of the Center for the Management of Information at the University of Arizona.  She was responsible for research and research management on collaboration support for decision making.
