Samuel Stringfield is a Principal Research Scientist at the Johns Hopkins University Center for the Social Organization of Schools (CSOS). He serves as co-director of the Systemic Supports for School Improvement section of the Center for Research on Education of Students Placed at Risk (CRESPAR). Dr. Stringfield is also co-director of the Program on Integrated Reform at the University of California at Santa Cruz’ Center for Research on Education, Diversity and Excellence (CREDE). He serves as editor for the Journal of Education for Students Placed At Risk (JESPAR), and a member of the City of Baltimore’s New Board of School Commissioners.
