Daniel Fuller is the director of public policy for the Associaton for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD). Previously, he was the director of federal programs for the National School Boards Association (NSBA) and was responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive legislative strategies and representing the interests of local school boards. He also served as NSBA's federal networks advocate, increasing participation in the grassroots lobbying and advocacy efforts for the association. Mr. Fuller has also served as a lobbyist and assistant director for state relations for the City University of New York and a state and federal relations representative for the New York State School Boards Association. He has represented the views of school boards and public education on numerous television shows, including on FOX and CNN, and has been quoted extensively on education and school finance issues in publications such as TIME, U.S. News and World Report, The Wall Street Journal, and the New York Times. He is currently pursuing a master's in public policy from George Mason University.
