Richard Duran

Richard Duran is a Professor in the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education at the University of California Santa Barbara. Prof. Duran currently serves as Chair of the American Educational Research Association Publications Committee and has extensive experience as an editorial board member for educational research journals. He has previously served on the AERA Governmental Relations Committee. Prof. Duran is a past member of the NRC Board on Testing and Assessment and has served on the BOTA/NRC Committee on Appropriate Test Use. He serves currently as Chair of the ETS Visiting Panel on Research.
