Philip Tetlock is Mitchell Professor of Organizational Behavior, Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley (also affiliated with Psychology and Political Science). He was a Russell Sage Scholar, 2005-2006. Until 2001, when he began his work at UC, Berkeley, he was Harold Burtt Professor of Psychology and Political Science at Ohio State University and prior to that appointment, was a Fellow at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences, Stanford University (1993-1994). Tetlock is an accomplished and honored author. His book Expert Political Judgment: How Good Is It? How Can We Know? is the recipient of the 2006 Woodrow Wilson Foundation Award for the best book published in the U.S. during the previous year on government, politics, or international affairs. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University.
