As part of the Policy and Global Affairs Division, Development, Security, and Cooperation (DSC) consists of several separate units that work to continue and expand on traditional areas of international development. This is done in part by maintaining programs of bilateral cooperation in science and technology issues and building new programs in areas where development and security issues intersect.
