Collaboration in Basic Science and Engineering (COBASE) is funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and administered by the Office for Central Europe and Eurasia of the National Research Council (NRC).

The August 25, 2003, deadline of COBASE was the last of the program in its previous form. No future deadlines are planned, but information on current and past COBASE grantees is posted below.
