Twinning Grants Program
Administered by the Office for Central Europe and Eurasia of the National Research Council with funding provided by the National Science Foundation, the Twinning Program supports two-year collaborative research projects linking individual U.S. scientists with their counterparts in Central and Eastern Europe and the Newly Independent States.
The final application deadline for the Twinning Program was in October 2004, and no further competitions are planned.
