One-on-One Advising/Interviews
One-on-one advising/interview sessions provide Ford Foundation Fellows an opportunity to seek answers to many of the questions they have always wanted to ask but haven't known how or to whom they should be addressed:
- format and/or content of the C.V.
- format and/or content of a job application cover letter
- job interviewing skills and procedures
- negotiating for the first job contract
- exploring and/or negotiating a mid-career job change
