Partnerships for Emerging Research Institutions: Report of a Workshop			Here or There? A Survey of Factors in Multinational R&D Location
	This book summarizes the discussions at a workshop that examined the barriers ERIs face in building more robust research enterprises and approaches for overcoming those barriers. The book includes a description of federal programs that focus on capacity building and institutional collaborations.			Survey results from approximately 250 companies in the U.S. and Europe, quantifying reasons corporations choose to site their R&D facilities in one country vs. another.
National Laboratories and Universities: Building New Ways to Work Together (2005)			Pan-Organizational Summit on the U.S. Science and Engineering Workforce, Meeting Summary (2003)
	Report of a Workshop held in 2003 to address best practices and remaining challenges with respect to national laboratory-university collaborations.				Recommendations from approximately 30 non-profit organizations on ways to strengthen the U.S. science and engineering workforce/education system. Taken from a Summit held in 2002.
