The Committee’s Ongoing Activities Include:
U.S. Workshop on New Directions in Vulnerability, Impacts, and Adaptation Assessment
Public Participation in Environmental Assessment and Decision Making – a major study in evaluating and summarizing the state of knowledge on how to combine broadly based deliberation with scientific analysis to inform environmental decisions. A report is expected in early 2008.

Strategies and Methods for Climate-Related Decision Support – this study is developing a framework and recommended strategies for implementing and evaluating decision support activities aimed at achieving the objectives of the U.S. Climate Change Science Program. A report is expected in the second half of 2008.
