CHR Endorses IHRN Statement Condemning Attacks on Medics in the United States

The Committee on Human Rights endorses the statement of the Executive Committee of the International Human Rights Network of Academies and Scholarly Societies (IHRN) condemning attacks on medics and medical facilities during protests against systemic racism and injustice in the United States. Together with our colleagues on the IHRN's Executive Committee, we call on authorities to carry out a prompt, independent, and transparent investigation into all allegations of human rights abuses connected to the protests and to hold accountable those found responsible. The IHRN's full statement can be found here.
