Public Law 109- 54 - Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006
  • Evaluate some of the ongoing dredging projects underway at Superfund mega sites (completed)
Public Law 109- 58 - Energy Policy Act of 2005
  • Study the short- and long-term availability of skilled workers to meet the energy and mineral security requirements of the United States (completed)

  • Study and evaluate the value major public transportation systems in the United States provide to the nation's security and the ability of such systems to accommodate the evacuation, egress or ingress of people to or from critical locations in times of emergency (completed)
  • Review the details of the Department of Transportation’s five year transportation R&D strategic plans to guide Federal transportation R&D activities (completed)
