Requested by Congress in P.L. 110-293, this is the final in a series of two reports assessing the performance of global HIV/AIDS programs implemented under the U.S. Global Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria Reauthorization Act of 2008.
These series of briefings were for members of Congress and congressional staff only. The report was publicly released on February 20, 2013 and can be found, in its entirety, on the Web site of the National Academies Press.
