This new report from the National Academies analyzes the effects of a federal mandate to rebuild overfished stocks, evaluates the success of rebuilding plans, and discusses changes in fisheries management made in response to rebuilding requirements.
These briefings were for members of Congress and congressional staff only. The report was publicly released on September 5, 2013 and can be found, in its entirety, on the Web site of the National Academies Press.
