As requested by Congress in PL 105-277 and PL 105-368, this new report from the Institute of Medicine reviews the latest research on whether any long-term, adverse health outcomes in veterans are linked to pesticides and solvents used during the Gulf War.
These series of briefings were for members of Congress and congressional staff only. The report was publicly released on February 18, 2003 and can be found, in full text, on the Web site of the National Academies Press.
