Knowing What Works in Health Care: A Roadmap for the Nation
This new Institute of Medicine report, supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, provides a blueprint for a national program to assess the effectiveness of clinical services and to provide credible, unbiased information about what really works in health care.
These briefings were for members of Congress and congressional staff only. The report was publicly released on January 24, 2008 and can be found, in its entirety, on the Web site of the National Academies Press.
