Phthalates and Cumulative Risk Assessment: The Task Ahead
This new report from the National Academies examines the health effects of phthalates, explores whether cumulative risk assessment of this chemical class should be conducted, and offers approaches that could be used for the assessment. The report also considers the applicability of these approaches to other classes of chemicals.
These series of briefings were for members of Congress and congressional staff only. The report was publicly released on December 18, 2008 and can be found, in its entirety, on the Web site of the National Academies Press.
