A Review of the EPA Water Security Research and Technical Support Action Plan:

Parts I and II

From a National Academies Committee charged with periodically reviewing Environmental Protection Agency research and development proposals aimed at protecting the environment from terrorist attacks, these two reports assess and evaluate proposals for research aimed at finding new ways to secure drinking-water supplies against terrorist attacks.

This briefing was for members of Congress and congressional staff only. Part I of the report was publicly released on July 21, 2003. Part II was released on October 10, 2003. The consolidated report can be found, in its entirety, on the Web site of The National Academies Press.
