This letter report assesses NASA's draft plan for planetary exploration, solar and space physics, astrobiology, earth sciences, and astronomy and astrophysics. The report examines whether the plan is scientifically balanced, serves stakeholders in the scientific community, and follows recommendations from recent Research Council reports.
