Spectrum Management for Science in the 21st Century
This new report by the National Research Council explores the scientific uses of the radio spectrum. It portrays the science that is currently being conducted using the radio spectrum; identifies the emerging and compelling scientific opportunities in the relevant fields; and makes recommendations on realizing these opportunities.
