Veterans and Agent Orange: Update 2004
The Institute of Medicine is releasing Veterans and Agent Orange: Update 2004, a report that updates previous reports in this series, requested by Congress in PL 102-4, and reconfirms many of the previous conclusions about specific human health effects (or the lack of them) from defoliant chemicals and their contaminants used in Vietnam.
These series of briefings were for members of Congress and congressional staff only. The report was publicly released on Friday, March 4, 2005 and can be found, in its entirety, through the Web site of the National Academies Press.
