Will the fellowships be available other seasons? (e.g., winter, fall, etc.)

Answer: For the first time in the year 2000, we began offering fellowships that begin in January. We encourage you to apply for this program. Your chances of acceptances are likely to be much higher for the January session then the June program due to decreased competition.
