Number of Reviews

There are four reviews each year - in February, May, August and November.

Not all Laboratories participate in all four reviews so please check each Agency or Center(s) you have selected.

For example:

CBD participates ONLY in February, May and November Rviews
EPA/SFFP participates ONLY in the February and November Reviews
NETL/Methane Hydrate participates ONLY in the February and August Reviews
NIH/NIST joint program participates ONLY in the August Review
NIST participates ONLY in the February and August Reviews
NRL participates ONLY in the February, May and August Reviews

Deadlines for 2008

February Review

Electronic Application opens on December 1, 2007.
Submission deadline - February 1
Transcripts (if applicable) and Reference Reports deadline - February 15.
The Board meets on March 21 and you will be notified of the results on March 31.

May Review

Electronic Application opens on March 1.
Submission deadline - May 1
Transcripts (if applicable) and Reference Reports deadline - May 15.
The Board meets on June 27 and you will be notified of the results on July 7.

August Review

Electronic Application opens on June 1.
Submission deadline - August 1.
Transcripts (if applicable) and Reference Reports deadline - August 15.
The Board meets September 26 and you will be notified of the results on October 3.

November Review

Electronic Application opens on September 1.
Submission deadline - November 1.
Transcripts (if applicable) and Reference Reports deadline - November 15.
The Board meets on January 9, 2009 and you will be notified of the results on January 16, 2009.
