1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
First Floor of the NAS Building
The festivities this year will include:
- Music and dancing in the lecture room with music provided by Oscar Gonzalez.
- Jazz music in the auditorium provided by Potomac Jazz.
- A performance by the Refrains in the auditorium at 2:00 pm.
Luncheon and Dessert Buffet will be served in the Great Hall, Members Room, Rotunda and Lecture Room.
Bus Information
12:15 p.m. Bus departs from Landover
12:30 p.m. Bus departs from Terrell Place
12:30 p.m. Six buses depart from the Keck Center with continuous service
12:45 p.m. Two buses depart from the Keck Center with one bus going to Terrell Place as needed with continuous service.
3:00 p.m. Bus departs from the NAS building to Landover
4:30 p.m. Final departure from the NAS building to Terrell Place and the Keck Center
The shuttle bus will be operating on the regular schedule.
The invitation is extended to all Academies regular and part time staff, including those on loan from other organizations, persons from temporary help agencies, retirees, consultants and contractors.
