2007 Surviving Spouse
Flexible Spending Account Benefit For
Out-of-Pocket Medical Expenses

As a surviving spouse enrolled in health insurance, you will also receive an annual flexible spending account (FSA) benefit for out-of-pocket medical expenses not covered by your health insurance. For 2007 this annual benefit is $250.

If you waive surviving spouse health insurance, you are not eligible for this benefit.
