WILLIAM J. RADUCHEL
William J. Raduchel is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of AOL Time Warner, Inc. He assumed that position in 2001 from a similar role at America Online, Inc. He joined AOL in 1999 from Sun Microsystems, Inc., where he was chief strategy officer and a member of its executive committee. In his eleven years at Sun he was also chief information officer chief financial officer, acting vice president of human resources and vice president of corporate planning and development. Prior to that he had senior executive roles at Xerox Corporation and McGraw-Hill, Inc. Receiving his undergraduate degree in economics from Michigan State, he earned A.M. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from Harvard. He became a member of the STEP Board in 2000. He is also a member of the NAS Committee on Internet Navigation and Domain Name Services and of the National Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and has served as a director of several public companies
