1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Location: The National Academies (Keck) Building
500 Fifth St, NW Washington, DC
Room 100

On behalf of the National Academies, you are invited to attend workshop on
the Department of Defense (DOD) Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to Amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS). This workshop is being held during the 60-day comment period. The purpose of this workshop is to help the communities that will be affected—academia, industry and US Government (USG) agencies involved in scientific research—gain a solid understanding of DOD’s proposal.

If you cannot attend, you may participate in the workshop by listening to a live audio webcast. This does not require registration. You can access the webcast and submit questions using an e-mail form located on the Academies homepage at http://national-academies.org. The webcast requires RealPlayer software, available free at http://www.real.com/player. For more information on setup and hardware requirements, see the Real.com website.
